The work was carried out in two phases. In the first, 1,000 new VIP seats were executed, along with a tower with stairs and an elevator. The second consisted of a new structure in the southern area, with additional seats for approximately 13,000 spectators and various halls. With these actions, this new stadium has a capacity of up to 54,000 people.
