The Second Road Bypass of San Sebastián, connected to the Urumea and to the N-1 highways, decongests the road access to the city and provides alternatives for local and long distance traffic through the region.
The divided highway structure of the PK 5+200 viaduct, 80 m long, has a deck with a lightened, constant cross section 11.5 m long and 1.30 m wide. In order to reduce the execution time, ENKOFORM H-120 pre-assembled gangs adapted to the required geometry were used over 8 m high continuous shoring system.
