This tunnel of reinforced concrete has 2 constructions of 238 m in length, is 10.5 m wide between walls and 6.12 m high between the foundation and the slab.
The walls are joined with 70 cm thick slab.
The tunnel has 20 separate 12 m long segments. The arc radius is 400 m.
The forming project and the method for moving the formwork made it possible to change the order for making each one of the segments.
The construction project execution program comprised the construction of one 12 meter section in a period of 7 days and the concreting of the whole segment, walls and slab in one phase.
The versatility of the DSD 12/20 system made it possible to adjust the formwork to the geometry of the construction. Thus, the concreting of walls and the slab was carried out in one single phase. On day four after the concrete was poured, the form was removed, and one row was kept up as a secondary support.
The quick assembly of the T-60 Falsework enabled it to be quickly moved. Additionally, its great load capacity made it possible to leave a single row of falsework while constructing 70 cm thick slab at a height of more than 10 m.
