This is one of the construction projects that will result in the next Nuevo Torneo business park, which is will likely become the new heart of business in Sevilla. The 4th phase comprises four towers that are some 43 m high, with a surface area of 490 m² per floor, situated over two underground floors of 14,272 m².
The two basement level floors are constructed with MESA VR since this formwork offered the possibility of achieving a great finish and permitting a high performance simultaneously. It was opted to use two table dimensions: 5x3.40 and 5x3. With these it was possible to adapt to the whole surface of the construction project, executed over different phases. They will be left only covering the alignment of the two pillars. For this purpose, it was opted to use CC4 panels because these zones must have the same finish, or it must be as similar as possible to that of the tables. For placing the CC-4 panels, wooden beams were adapted to the tables, joined by a special part (called the CC4-VM support) that was fabricated specifically for this project. They were also support by SP 2.10-3.50 props.
